These terms apply to every order placed on kaymali.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
kaymali.com is operated by Kaymarli LLC, trading as Kaymali, 271 W Short St Ste 410 2673, Lexington, KY 40507, United States. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Kaymarli LLC. “You” means the person using the site or placing an order. “Products” means the graphics cards and other goods offered on the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, and provide a United States delivery address.
3. Product information
Specifications are taken from manufacturer data. Images show the product and may include its retail packaging; colours can look slightly different on different screens. Manufacturers occasionally revise a model, and minor revisions that do not change the listed specifications are not a defect.
4. Prices
Prices are in US dollars and include free standard shipping within the US. No sales tax is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order, except in the case of an obvious error, which we will raise with you before processing.
5. Orders and verification
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may check payment and address details before shipping and may decline or cancel an order that cannot be verified, if a product becomes unavailable, or if there is a pricing error. Where we cancel, we refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken in full when you order, through Stripe or PayPal. Card details are handled by those providers and are not stored by us. See our Payment Policy.
7. Delivery
Delivery times and terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns, refunds and cancellations
You may cancel before shipping, and return products within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Warranty
Products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty, as described on our Warranty & Support page. This does not affect any implied warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Installation and use
You are responsible for checking compatibility and for installing the product in line with the manufacturer’s instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, inadequate power supplies, physical modification, overclocking beyond the manufacturer’s settings, or use outside the manufacturer’s specifications.
11. Resale
We sell to end customers. We may limit quantities per order or per customer and may decline orders that appear to be placed for resale.
12. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including its text, design and layout, belongs to Kaymarli LLC or its licensors. Product names, logos and images belong to their manufacturers and are used to identify the products we sell.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. You keep any non-waivable rights you have under the laws of the state where you live.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published when you placed your order.
