What we sell

New desktop graphics cards and related PC hardware, sold to customers in the United States. All items are physical goods shipped to the customer. We do not sell services, subscriptions or digital goods.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and the checkout total is the full amount charged; no sales tax is added at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal.

Fulfilment

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment and delivered by established parcel carriers in 5 to 8 business days, free of charge, with tracking. We deliver to US addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. See Shipping & Delivery.

Returns and warranty

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with open-box testing allowed and no restocking fee. Faults after 30 days are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. See Returns & Refunds and Warranty & Support.

Email contact@kaymali.com with your order number. We acknowledge complaints within one business day and aim to resolve them within five. You keep every remedy available under applicable consumer protection law.
