Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order to a US address. There is no minimum spend and no handling charge, and the total shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend or on a holiday start processing the next business day. Weather, peak seasons and carrier delays can add time, and deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico usually take longer than the mainland estimate.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not ship outside the US, and checkout only accepts US delivery addresses.
Order checks
Graphics cards are high-value items, so some orders go through a payment and address check before they ship. If we need anything from you we email you. If an order cannot be verified, we cancel it and refund the full amount.
Tracking
When your card ships we email the carrier name and tracking number. You can also look up an order at any time on the Track Your Order page using your order number and billing email.
Problems on arrival
- Damaged box or card. Photograph the outer box and the card and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We replace or refund at our cost.
- Marked delivered, but not received. Check with neighbours, a front desk or a mail room, then contact us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier.
- No movement on tracking. Send us your order number and we will chase the carrier.
Taxes
Prices are in US dollars. No sales tax is added at checkout, and as we ship within the US only there are no import duties.
