How we take payment, keep it secure, and refund it.
Accepted methods
Major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe, and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars.
When you are charged
Payment is taken in full when you place your order. There are no subscriptions, deposits or charges added later, and the total at checkout is the total you pay.
Security
Checkout runs over an encrypted connection. Card details are entered straight into the payment provider’s form and never reach or stay on our servers.
Your statement
Kaymali is the trading name of Kaymarli LLC. The name on your card or PayPal statement is set by our payment processor account, so it may not read Kaymali. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us with the amount and date before disputing it and we will match it to your order.
Verification
Because graphics cards are high-value items, we may check the payment or delivery address before an order ships. If an order cannot be verified, we cancel it and refund it in full.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Eligibility is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Disputes
If something is wrong with an order, please contact contact@kaymali.com first; it is almost always quicker than a card dispute. If a dispute is opened, we may share order, tracking and delivery records with the card issuer.
Pricing errors
If we find a pricing error after you order, we contact you before processing so you can accept the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
